What to Expect
Join us in the pasta studio for a hands-on, traditional Italian culinary experience. You will learn the step-by-step art of making fresh pasta from scratch, followed by a delicious meal prepared by our chef.
What to Expect
Welcome: Arrive through our pasta studio where we will warmly welcome you. We’ll start by washing our hands before the fun begins.
Hands-On Pasta Making: We will teach you how to form, knead, and shape your dough, focusing on a unique shape rooted in traditional Italian culinary methods.
Rolling out the Dough: After allowing the dough to rest, we will show you the proper techniques for rolling it out.
Dining Experience: Relax and enjoy a small snack while our chef cooks your handmade pasta. It will be served tossed in a seasonal sauce specially selected by our chef.
Dessert & Espresso: Finish off your meal with a sweet dessert served alongside a freshly brewed espresso.
Beverages: One complimentary glass of wine is included in your experience, which you are welcome to enjoy right when you arrive. Additional glasses of wine and other beverages will be available for purchase to pair with your meal.
