It stands as a testament to Vancouver’s blend of historical preservation and modern innovation, symbolizing the successful efforts to maintain the city’s heritage while embracing contemporary design.
Pass by: Canada Place
Originally constructed as the Canadian Pavilion for Expo 86, Canada Place was officially opened on May 2, 1986, by HRH Prince Charles, Diana, Princess of Wales, and then-Prime Minister Brian Mulroney. The structure was built on the site of the former Pier B–C, a key shipping terminal dating back to 1927. Its design, featuring five towering sails, symbolizes Canada’s maritime heritage and has become a defining feature of Vancouver’s skyline
Stop at: Stanley Park
Established in 1888, Stanley Park is on the unceded territory of the Musqueam, Squamish, and Tsleil-Waututh Nations. The park is steeped in cultural and historical significance, with Indigenous totem poles, ancient trees, and archaeological sites reflecting thousands of years of connection to the land.
Pass by: The Shipyards
The Shipyards is an active public space on the City’s beautiful waterfront, offering year-round events and activities, and places to shop, dine and play.
Stop at: Capilano Suspension Bridge Park

Originally built in 1889, the bridge stretches 137 meters (450 feet) across and 70 meters (230 feet) above the Capilano River, offering breathtaking views and a thrilling experience for visitors. Today, the Capilano Suspension Bridge Park includes additional attractions like the Cliffwalk and Treetops Adventure, making it a must-visit destination that combines adventure, education, and natural beauty in one unforgettable experience.

Built in 1913 as the Conservative Hall, then the longstanding Sager’s Maple Shop, it’s now home to several restaurants and shops.
