The bridge crosses the Capilano River in the district of North Vancouver. It’s 70 meters (230 ft) in height and 140 meters (460 ft) long and receives daily traffic of 1.2 million annually. See the Laughing Statues, spectacular views of the Seawall and English Bay, Yaletown, and Gastown with the World Famous Steam Clock. The steam clock has a series of steam pipes running underneath the City of Vancouver and connected to a generating plant at Georgia and Beatty Streets. This unique system provides heat to most of our downtown core, and the Steam also allows the Gastown Steam clock to whistle. Coal Harbor where cruise ships dock and sail. Finally, Dr. Sun Yat-Sen Classical Chinese Garden is a registered museum and is one of Vancouver’s favorite tourist attractions.
