Guest Baggage Drop-off and Pick-up Procedures: Baggage Drop-off outside the Cruise Terminal: 1. Once you disembark from your cruise, head straight to the convenient baggage storage area located right outside the cruise terminal. 2. Present Your Voucher: Hand your voucher to the guest service agent to initiate the baggage storage process. 3. Receive Your Baggage Claim Ticket: You'll be given a Baggage Claim Ticket along with instructions for retrieving your items. 4. Enjoy Your Day: After dropping off your luggage, you're free to explore and enjoy your day without the burden of carrying bags around. Baggage Pick-up at the Cruise Terminal: 1. Follow the Map: When you're ready to retrieve your luggage, use the map we will provide during drop-off to locate the storage area. 2. Present Your Claim Ticket and ID: Show your Baggage Claim Ticket and a valid ID to the guest service agent at the Day Storage location. 3. Pick-up Deadline: All bags must be collected by 3:30 PM. If not picked up by 5:00 PM, they will be transferred off-site and incur extra fees ($75 per bag) for transportation and additional storage time. 4.
