You will receive the tour guide's name/phone number and vehicle details one day before the tour. The exact pickup time will be communicated to you before 7 pm the day before the tour. The tour guide will reach out to over Whatsapp if he/she cannot locate you. Typically, you will be asked wait the front gate of your hotel 5 minutes before the scheduled pickup time.
