Vehicles are clean inside and outside; our drivers’ always are well dressed and always pay attention to our guests. They speak English. They will meet you with a name sign; help with luggage and on arrival to the hotel.

ARRIVAL TRANSFER. After you have collected your luggage, head through custom and out in the arrival hall. Your driver will be waiting in the arrival hall by the DRIVER MEETING POINT/LIMO SERVICE holding a signboard with the lead traveler's name on it. DEPARTURE TRANSFER. Your chosen time (transfers operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week). Please advise your preferred pickup time in the Special Requirements field on booking. We recommend that you request your pick-up at least three hours in advance of your flight departure time.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the start time, the amount paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the start time will not be accepted.
Cut-off times are based on the experience's local time.
