For Hotel Guests, Local Visitors and Airport Pickup (Sydney Area): Complimentary pickup from major hotels. Pickup time will be confirmed at the time of booking (generally 30–60 minutes before tour departure)

For Guests coming off a cruise ship - Once you exit the ship and go through the dock security gate, head to the left where your guide will be waiting with a sign bearing your name. We advise you to disembark early to ensure you have a full 30-minute window to meet your guide.
