What to Expect
Stop at: Belfast
Our first stop will be at St.John’s Presbyterian Church in Belfast the oldest Church on PEI . Here we will learn about its History and if it’s open we will stop inside for a minute.
Stop at: Hannah's Bottle Village
We will stop by Hannah’s Bottle Village to see this handmade Bottle Houses . This attraction is free but they do take donations for the IWK Children’s Hospital.
Stop at: Point Prim Lighthouse
We will stop by Point Prim Lighthouse to learn about the oldest Lighthouse on PEI and its History . You can choose to climb up or just explore the grounds and Gift shop if you wish . Please note Lighthouse Hours can vary .
Stop at: Wood Islands Lighthouse
Our next Lighthouse is the Wood Islands Lighthouse which is right next to the Wood Islands Ferry . Here you can explore the Lighthouse and its interactive rooms if you wish and catch views of Nova Scotia in the distance . Please note Lighthouse Hours can vary .
Stop at: Rossignol Estate Winery
We will now stop by a local Winery and learn more about its Wines . Please note this can be an optional stop . You can do a tasting tour if you wish.
Stop at: Cape Bear Lighthouse & Marconi Station
Our next Lighthouse we will learn about the Lighthouse and the former Marconi Station and its connection to the Titanic
Stop at: Murray Harbour
Our next stop will be Harbourview Restaurant in Murray Harbour if you choose to get Lunch . We can also stop at other Restaurants if of interest . Lunch is at your own expense .
Stop at: Panmure Island
Our last Lighthouse will be at Panmure Island . You can also go up this Lighthouse if you wish to do so . This Lighthouse is one of the oldest on the Island . Here you will also learn about the Island of Panmure Island and you can also check out the beautiful Beach. Admission to the Lighthouse is included if you decide to go up
Pass by: Montague
We will then head back towards Charlottetown passing through the town of Montague also known to locals as Montague the Beautiful. We will also drive by the beautiful country side as we get closer to Charlottetown
