A complimentary pick up from several hotels in Downtown Montreal can be arranged when requested at least 24 hours in advance. This can also be done by choosing from the hotel list upon booking. If your hotel is not included, please send us a message as early as possible and we will advise the closest pick-up point. Pick-up from the listed hotels starts at 9 am. Please wait patiently in the entrance level at 9 am. Your provided mobile number will be contacted when you need to meet your guide outside. Only when choosing the Full-day 7-hour tour option, drop off will be provided to where you have been picked up from. Pickup and drop off services are provided on a complementary basis courtesy of Ntours. In case of road closure or intense traffic in the area of a hotel, we shall make our best to advise alternative pickup/drop off location as close as possible to your hotel. If you choose to join at the start point at Square Philips, please be in the Square Phillips by the monument at 9:15 am, and make sure you are reachable on your provided mobile number. Your guide will reach out before the start time.
