Pre-Trip Contact We’ll contact you a day before the trip to confirm details and provide the driver’s name and contact number. 3. Pickup - Airport Pickup: Your driver will be waiting at the arrivals area holding a sign with your name. - Hotel Pickup: Your driver will meet you at the main entrance or arranged location. - We offer on-time, direct pickup — no waiting, no ride sharing. 4. Vehicle Details You’ll ride in a clean, spacious minibus with: - Reclining leather seats - Air conditioning - Room for suitcases and ski gear - Private, direct service(no stops unless requested) 5. During the Trip - Enjoy a smooth, direct rideto your destination. - If requested, we can take a more scenic route (e.g. along the Sea-to-Sky Highway to Whistler). - Water is available on board upon request. 6. Drop-Off We’ll drop you off right at your hotel, home, or designated address— no walking or extra stops. 7. After the Trip Receipts and follow-up communication are available if needed.
