Domestic Arrivals:
• Upon exiting the aircraft, please proceed to your designated baggage carousel
• On level 2 arrivals, your chauffeur will wait with a paging board bearing your name in bold
• NOTE: It is possible to exit on level 3 departures, but one should proceed via either escalator or elevator to level 2 arrivals to connect with the chauffeur
International Arrivals:
• Upon exiting the aircraft first proceed to immigration.
• Collect your luggage at the baggage carousels
• Then proceed through customs
• You will then enter the International Reception Lobby (IRL). Where the chauffeur will be waiting immediately on your right with a paging board bearing your name in bold
From YVR airport to Whistler, a complimentary 20 minute rest stop at beautiful Shannon falls or Squamish is included, to let you stretch your legs, take photos, use the bathroom, or get something to eat.

INTERNATIONAL ARRIVALS: Driver will meet guests by the two wooden statues. Once the guests have cleared customs and immigration and have collected their baggage they should proceed outside the customs hall to meet the driver. The two wooden statues are located in the general public meet and greet area.
DOMESTIC ARRIVALS: Driver will meet guests by baggage carousel.
