1. Booking process - please mention: number of passengers, pickup location and drop off location, travel date, flight details (if you would like a pickup from the airport) and cell number. 2. Once you book the service - you will receive a confirmation email with all needed details. 3. If you are arriving at the airport, after picking up luggage, please proceed to the designated pre-arranged limo desk as mentioned below and please provide your full name to the person at the desk and please ask to page "Pearson Airport Limos" and then please wait inside for the driver to come and announce your name and help you with luggage: Terminal 1: Inside Door A (pre-arranged limo desk) Terminal 3: Inside Door A (pre-arranged limo desk) on arrivals level (Post 7-10). In case of any problem, please don't leave without contacting our dispatch office. 4. After your plane landed, our driver will wait for you 60 minutes from actual plane landing time with no extra charges and if it goes past the time, extra waiting time will be charged. A professional driver will come to pick up the customer at the location they asked to be picked up from, and the driver will drop them off at their desired location while they enjoy their hassle-free ride.
