All Banff Tours pick up at the Cave and Basin Parking Lot. There is free parking at this location and a public transit stop. Due to the heavy traffic in Banff during peak seasons/times all tours meet at the Cave and Basin Parking Lot. Your guide will meet you outside the Gift Shop building in the parking lot. They will have a clipboard and a smile. Please let them know you have arrived.
