We pick up at any location in Toronto, Ontario, Canada (Downtown Area) Look for our silver vehicle, marked Wheelz, in black and orange letters. We will be outside your Hotel, Motel, B&B, AirB&B, or Private Resident's main entrance.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the start time, the amount paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the start time will not be accepted.
Cut-off times are based on the experience's local time.
