What to Expect
When booking a private transfer from the Quebec (YQB) Airport to Quebec City and the surrounding areas you will need to provide your flight details and your destination hotel name and address so that we have accurate information to meet you at the proper pickup time and get you to your correct destination (please choose carefully from the list of destinations we offer). The type of vehicle you ordered will arrive shortly before your scheduled pickup time so you will have plenty of time to get your luggage. Your transfer will be confirmed within 24 hours of booking, and you will be provided with a travel voucher to present to the driver. Price is per group, based on three passengers per sedan or five per sports utility vehicle. It's that easy!

Departure Point: For domestic arrivals the driver will be outside of the baggage claim area with a name sign and for international arrivals, the driver will be outside of the custom's area with a name sign. If you cannot find your driver, please call the phone number on your voucher and tell the operator that you are holding a prepaid voucher. They will assist you in finding your driver. A trip to Montreal isn't complete until you've tried one of these amazing bagels. So why not try your hand at making them yourself? We will teach you the secrets on how to make some deliciously unique authentic Montreal style bagels at home, the easy way. We will start by learning how to properly mix and knead the dough. We will discuss how different flours and water amounts affect the final texture of the dough and crust. I have adapted the best Boulanger (Bread Maker) techniques to the home kitchen. You will become a confident baker at home in no time! We will go step by step from mixing the dough, letting it rest, to shaping the bagels, to boiling them, dressing them with various toppings, baking them and finally eating them! This workshop is super hands on so this is far from the "Watch the pro" type workshops out there.
