6650 Niagara River Pkwy How to Find Us: Our entrance is located just steps from the famous Horseshoe Falls, offering you an unforgettable experience right behind the mighty waterfall! Here's how you can find us: 1. Starting Point: If you're arriving by car: We are located at the Niagara Parks Welcome Centre, which has ample parking for visitors. The entrance to Journey Behind the Falls is directly across from the parking lot. If you're arriving on foot or by public transportation: We are just a short 5-minute walk from the Niagara Falls Main Entrance (near the Skylon Tower). Look for the Niagara Parks sign that points towards the Journey Behind the Falls attraction. 2. Spotting Our Entrance: Once you arrive at the Niagara Parks Welcome Centre, look for the blue and white "Journey Behind the Falls" sign at the entrance. We are located right near the base of the Horseshoe Falls, so you can hear the thunderous roar of the falls as soon as you approach! The entrance is on the lower level of the Welcome Centre. Follow the directional signs, and you’ll see our staff in bright blue uniforms ready to assist you. 3. What to Look For: The Falls: You’ll see the mist rising from the base of the Horseshoe Falls – that's where our tour begins! Nearby Landmarks: You can also spot us next to the Niagara Falls observation deck, and if you're near the Niagara SkyWheel, you’re just a 3-minute walk away from us. When You Arrive: Look for the Entrance Arch with the logo “Journey Behind the Falls,” where our tour staff will greet you and check in your reservation. 4. For Those With Mobility Concerns: We are fully accessible. If you need assistance with transportation to the entrance, please call our office or ask one of our staff members at the Welcome Centre. We can’t wait to take you on a thrilling journey behind the Falls!
