What to Expect
This is Montreal's most sought after Supper Club. It is a 5-course menu cooked by an award-winning Chef, Writer, and Creative Director (Travel+Leisure, Wallpaper*/Phaidon; Fullerton Hotel Singapore, etc.). Combining the best parts of home cooking with market-fresh ingredients, the 5 course menu tells the story of Montreal's historic immigrant communities through food, with a hyper-seasonal menu whose vegetables and proteins change with each market visit. It takes place in an historic 1800's loft in Montreal's Old Port and can also be paired with walking food tours and cooking classes on request. The Chef cooks every dish and dinners are capped at 12 people (unless private). Larger corporate, team, and private bookings are available.
