Permitted feed will be provided to feed certain animals ethically, and binoculars will be available to better observe the surrounding nature.

Your Guide will pick you up directly at your hotel or accommodation in Montreal. Please wait outside the main entrance or in the hotel lobby, depending on weather conditions. Your vehicle will be a clean, comfortable SUV or minivan operated by North Adventures. The Guide will approach you and call your name upon arrival. If your street is restricted or temporarily inaccessible, your Guide will contact you to confirm the closest safe pickup point.
