Join your hosts John and Monica in their cozy apartment in Montreal’s vibrant Little Italy neighborhood for a unique Mauritian-inspired dim sum cooking class. In this hands-on Montreal cooking class, you’ll discover authentic Mauritian flavors and techniques passed down through John’s grandmother’s family recipes.
Over the course of about an hour, learn how to prepare 1–2 traditional dishes such as Mauritian-style dim sum, dumplings, or spring rolls, while John shares stories about his heritage, the island’s rich blend of cultures and life in Canada.
