What to Expect
Stop at: Peyto Lake Trail
A winter hike to Peyto Lake viewpoint offers one of the most picturesque views in the region! To access the viewpoint, you will hike approximately 2.4 kilometres (1.5 miles), with a 93 metre (305 feet) elevation gain. Ice cleats and poles provided!
Stop at: Bow Lake
In winter, Bow Lake transforms into a tranquil snow-covered paradise. Spend ~30 minutes wandering the shoreline taking in the breathtaking views before heading to Peyto lake.
Stop at: Lake Louise
At Lake Louise, enjoy up to 1.5 hours to explore—whether you ice skate, hike, snowshoe, or play a game of ice hockey. Alternatively, treat yourself to the world-class view while dining at Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise.
