Surrounded by towering cliffs, ancient rock formations, and the flowing waters of Mission Creek, this 2.5-hour outdoor adventure brings the excitement of the gold rush to life in a safe, interactive, and educational way.
Whether you’re seven or seventy, there’s something magical about swirling your pan, watching the glint of sand and stone, and maybe—just maybe—spotting a fleck of real gold. Our friendly guide will walk you through the art of gold panning, sharing stories from the region’s rich mining history and helping you master the techniques used by 19th-century prospectors.
