Hike with confidence using included ice cleats and poles to enjoy your journey along the icy trail of Johnston Canyon, where elevated walkways provide spectacular views of the canyon and its frozen falls. Then, experience the quiet beauty of Marble Canyon, a lesser-visited gem featuring deep, dramatic chasms carved by centuries of glacial melt.
Stop at: Marble Canyon
We'll make the short journey and arrive to the doorstep of Banff's neighbor, Kootenay National Park. We'll cross over into Kootenay in British Columbia to visit Marble Canyon - this is one of our favorite sights in the area and a very underrated winter destination. We'll spend some time here traversing over the canyon before finding a worthy reward up at the top.
