What to Expect
-Meet your instructor and introductions
-Learn the basics of boating safety, including proper use of PFD's and where safety gear is located on the boat
-Learn how to cast off in a safe manner
-Participate in sailing as a crew, while exercising safe boating manners
-Enjoy the sights and sounds of the Saint John river, while keeping an eye out for wild life.
-Return to the marina dock and learn safe docking skills
-Enjoy a post sail debrief with your instructor, regarding next steps in the sailing hobby
Meeting And Pickup
Meeting Point
Go to the end of the Marina wharf, where you will find the gasoline dock. Our sailing vessel is called "Cocomo", and is located at the end of the dock. Your instructor will meet you at the ramp.
