Enjoy a small-group cooking class inspired by the charm of a French bistro, hosted through Cozymeal in Toronto. Limited to just 15 guests, this hands-on class immerses you in the timeless flavors of French cuisine while preparing a three-course menu.

The menu you will prepare includes:

- First course: French onion soup with caramelized onions in a savory broth topped with Gruyère cheese.
- Second course: A choice between coq au vin with chicken braised in red wine with mushrooms and herbs, or beef Bourguignon simmered with red wine, mushrooms and onions.
- Dessert: Fresh seasonal fruit tarts made with buttery pastry and creamy filling.

As you cook, you’ll learn classic French techniques such as caramelization, braising and pastry preparation, building confidence to recreate these recipes at home.
