What to Expect
Discover Scuba Diving in Vancouver for the first time with Diving Sports Canada. Experience breathing underwater with us and learn why thousands of people learn to scuba dive every year!
Prerequisites : Diver Medical form filled out and approved by a physician (when applicable)
A quick and easy introduction by Diving Sports Canada into what it takes to explore the underwater world. Although this is not a scuba certification course, you'll learn all the steps it takes to become a PADI certified diver.
The Discover Scuba is a great opportunity for potential divers who aren't sure if SCUBA is for them. It includes an in-person classroom orientation covering basic scuba knowledge and equipment familiarization, followed by a pool session to practice essential skills and experience underwater breathing. All scuba gear, including masks and snorkels, is included for the DSD experience.
