Once seated, guests enjoy a surprise or chosen three -course meal inspired by Italian and Canadian cuisine. In case they choose a surprise meal, the menu remains unknown until the dishes are served, encouraging diners to rely on their other senses—taste, smell, touch, and sound—to fully experience the food in a new and memorable way.
