What to Expect

Upon your arrival at the airport, please proceed at our check-in counter at the Ground Transportation Booth between Exit Door 4 and Exit Door 5 on the Domestic Arrival Terminal. If our representative is not present, feel free to proceed to the pick-up location at least five minutes before scheduled departure time. Pick-up location at the airport is at Bus Bay/Pillar #15, opposite of Exit Door 4 on the Domestic Arrivals Terminal. Your friendly local driver will welcome you with a smile and assist you with your luggages. The trip will have a couple stops along the way before arriving at the final stop and will take approximately 2 hours. We wish you a safe and wonderful trip as we cannot wait to bring you to the majestic Canadian Rockies.

Please proceed to the bus loading zone across the hotel just along Harry Hays Building on 4th Avenue. For Airport pick-up, please check in at our counter at the Ground Transportation Booth between Exit Door 4 and 5 of the Domestic Arrivals Terminal. If no one is present, please proceed at the pick-up location - Bus Bay/Pillar #15, across Exit Door 4 of the Arrivals Level - Domestic Terminal of the airport. Hope this helps. Red Carpet Inn 425 Banff Avenue, Banff, AB, Canada, T1L 1B6 Drop-off is at the bus loading zone between Samesun and Red Carpet Inn.
Canalta Lodge 545 Banff Avenue, Banff, AB, Canada, T1L 1B5 Drop-off is in front of the hotel.

One of these locations will be where the tour ends. Your booking confirmation will have the details.
