Please carefully check your booking confirmation and go only to the pick-up location selected at the time of booking. Guests departing from Banff Train Station should wait at the designated pick-up area at the train station. Guests departing from Mount Royal Hotel Bus Terminal should wait at the bus loading area near Mount Royal Hotel in downtown Banff. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before departure and remain at your selected pick-up location until the shuttle arrives. Banff Train Station and Mount Royal Hotel Bus Terminal are separate locations, and drivers cannot search for passengers at multiple pick-up points.

At the end of the tour, guests will be dropped off at their selected Banff drop-off location: Banff Train Station or Mount Royal Hotel Bus Terminal. Guests who started at Banff Train Station will normally return to Banff Train Station, while guests who started at Mount Royal Hotel Bus Terminal will normally return to the Mount Royal Hotel Bus Terminal in downtown Banff.
