After clearing customs and immigration and collecting their baggage, guests should proceed outside the customs hall to meet the driver. The two wooden statues are located in the general public meet and greet area. Domestic Arrivals: The driver will meet guests by the baggage carousel. Cruise Ship Terminal Pickup Procedures The driver will arrive at your scheduled pickup time and wait in the bus/limo holding lot, which is just 5 minutes away from the cruise terminal. When you are ready for pickup, proceed to the "Limousine/Shuttle" desk. Inform the terminal dispatcher that you have booked a vehicle.
