What to Expect
Stop at: 112 Rue Saint-Paul
Your guide will pick you up between 7:30 and 8:00 AM. Please provide your Old Quebec hotel or Airbnb when booking. If staying outside Old Quebec, choose Fontaine de Tourny or our office at 112 Saint-Paul Street. Your exact pickup time will be confirmed by email or text the evening before.Our office is located in the heart of the Old Port district in the Lower Town of Old Quebec. It is near the cruise ship docks and less than 20 min walk from any hotel in Old Quebec. By meeting at your office, you can use our restroom and enjoy the cold water dispenser at the office. During colder times, we can also lend you our comfortable winter accessories to stay warm. 8:00 AM – Departure from Quebec City Hotel pickup : For your hotel pickup in Old Quebec, make sure we know your hotel at least 48 hours in advance so we can confirm your pick-up time the day before. Be early :) 7:30 AM – 8:00 AM – Hotel pickups
Stop at: Boulangerie du Lac
On the way to the park, choose your lunch at a local bakery, which may vary depending on customer volume. You’ll then enjoy your freshly selected lunch later in the park, surrounded by nature. Lunch will be an entrée (generally soup or salad), a sandwich and a dessert. Vegetarian option available Please note that due to logistical constraints, we are unable to accommodate specific dietary requirements or preferences, such as gluten-free, lactose-free, or vegan options. The bakery cannot guarantee the absence of allergens, as all products are made in the same facility. The Gourmet stop can change if the bakery can not have us on certain days. However, we will always aim for a same quality lunch.
Stop at: Parc national de la Jacques-Cartier
Discover the natural beauty of Jacques-Cartier National Park on a guided hike of approximately 5 km (3 miles), surrounded by spectacular glacial valleys, a majestic river, and diverse forest landscapes. After your hike, enjoy a picnic lunch in the heart of the park, featuring the meal you selected at a local bakery earlier that morning.
Stop at: 112 Rue Saint-Paul
Return to Old Quebec at approximately 2:30 PM, with drop-off at the same location as your morning pickup.
