* If you are entering Banff National Park, there is an entry fee of $10.50 fee per person per day or a fee of $21.00 for Family/Group per day at the gate just after the City of Canmore highway exits.
*** Airport Pickup Notes ***
* For airport arrivals, we will arrive at the scheduled time, please notify us of any flight delays and cancellations as soon as possible, we will also monitor your flight for delays and cancellations to the best of our ability and will work to reschedule your pickup to meet you within 20 minutes of your flight arrival to accommodate for time it takes to clear customs and retrieve your luggage.
* For international arrivals, we will meet you after you clear the customs area and pickup your luggage, then exit past the customs counter through the secure doors to the meeting area D.
* For domestic arrivals, we will meet our clients either by the luggage carousal or meeting area A, B or C depending on your flight gate.
* We will also be holding a sign such as a Paper/IPhone/IPad with your name on it.

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the start time, the amount paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the start time will not be accepted.
Cut-off times are based on the experience's local time.
This experience requires good weather. If canceled due to poor weather, you'll be offered a different date or a full refund.
