Day 1: Toronto to Thousand Islands and Montreal

• Travel east through Ontario toward the beautiful Thousand Islands region, stopping for lunch along the way. Then, step aboard a scenic cruise and journey through this breathtaking archipelago along the St. Lawrence River. Admire the lush islands, charming waterfront homes, historic landmarks, and peaceful natural scenery while learning about the area’s fascinating history and local stories.

• Arrive in Montreal and visit La Grande Roue de Montréal, located in the Old Port near Place Jacques-Cartier. Built as part of Montreal’s 375th-anniversary celebrations, this 60-metre observation wheel offers a relaxing ride and exceptional panoramic views. From the climate-controlled gondola, admire the Montreal skyline, the historic Old Port, the St. Lawrence River, and the surrounding area, with visibility extending up to 28 kilometres on a clear day.

• Enter Notre-Dame Basilica of Montreal for the AURA experience, a multimedia light-and-sound show that highlights the basilica’s architecture, artwork, and heritage. After the show, transfer to the hotel for check-in.

Day 2: Montreal to Quebec City and Old Quebec

• Departing Montreal in the morning, travel through the picturesque Quebec countryside toward Quebec City. Along the way, visit a traditional maple sugar shack in the Three Rivers region. Quebec is one of Canada’s major maple syrup-producing areas, and during maple season, sugar shacks are used to collect maple sap and create a variety of traditional maple products. If the meal plan is selected, enjoy a traditional-style lunch at the maple farm in a warm and lively atmosphere. If the maple farm is closed, lunch will be arranged at another restaurant. Depending on availability, you may also have the opportunity to sample freshly made maple taffy free of charge.

• We will be visiting Observatoire de la Capitale (Capital Observatory), the city's highest viewpoint located 221 meters up on the 31st floor of the Édifice Marie-Guyart. You'll enjoy breathtaking 360° panoramic views of the historic Old Québec district, the majestic St. Lawrence River, and the surrounding mountain landscapes.

Day 3: Montmorency Falls and Mont-Tremblant

• Prepare to witness one of Quebec’s most awe-inspiring natural wonders at Parc de la Chute-Montmorency. Standing 83 metres high—approximately 30 metres higher than Niagara Falls—Montmorency Falls is the tallest waterfall in Quebec and is often nicknamed the “Crystal Falls.” If the admission option is selected, park entry and a scenic cable car ride from the base to the top of the cliff are included. Along the way, enjoy spectacular views of the rushing waters, the St. Lawrence River, and Île d’Orléans. From the top, admire the surrounding landscape as the water plunges dramatically over the steep cliff, creating a thunderous roar and a magnificent sight. In spring and summer, the area is lush and green with pleasant weather, while autumn transforms the forests into brilliant shades of red, orange, and gold.

• Travel to Mont-Tremblant Resort, often referred to as the “Banff of the East.” With its colourful French-inspired architecture and charming pedestrian village, Mont-Tremblant will make you feel as though you have stepped into a picturesque old European town.

• Built along the mountainside, Mont-Tremblant Resort features a colourful pedestrian village with French-inspired architecture and cobblestone streets. Enjoy free time to explore the village, browse local shops, admire the scenery, or join optional activities before checking in for the night. You may take the gondola toward the 3,300-foot summit. The first open-air section travels to the mid-mountain area, offering views of the village’s colourful rooftops. From there, transfer to an enclosed gondola and continue upward through lush forests, with panoramic views of lakes, valleys, and distant mountains. **Seasonal arrangement:** On April 18 and 25, May 2 and 9, and October 17 and 24, the gondola will be closed. The itinerary will instead include the Skywalk and Treetop Walk, featuring elevated forest paths and a spiral observation tower with scenic views of the surrounding forest and valley.

Day 4: Ottawa Museum and Return to Toronto
