The geology of the area is from the Ediacharan Period of the geological record and holds the fossil record of some of the first life on the planet. We will include this as part of the narration of the area and the wildlife that we see. Though wildlife is never guaranteed our guests can expect to see whales, dolphins, birds and waterfowl in season as well as icebergs, puffins, gannets, eagles and many other birds.
